As an Anglo/Filipino/Scottish hybrid my relationship with food is a varied and quite convoluted one, but above all food has been the epicentre of my upbringing, an expression of love, a comfort for illness and sad times and a way to share joy with friends and family!

I thought it was about time I got more of this out into the world and extend my love of food both reminiscent and creative from my kitchen and dining table into the world a little, so here is my little corner of the internet, I hope you like it or at the very least see something that makes you hungry!
